Checkout & Payment

<sup>Check your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and contact details. Please enter your real name and mobile phone number so that the courier can contact you.

Order Confirmation

<sup>An email containing your order specifics will be sent to you. Review all the information, particularly the shipping details. For changes to custom orders, contact  us within 12 hours.

Manufacturing Starts

<sup>It usually takes 3-5 weeks to make a doll. But depending on the brand and material, it may take less or longer. **Production time may be delayed during the holiday (The New Year Holiday, Christmas Day, The National Day, The Chinese Spring Festival, etc).

If you choose in-stock dolls, there is no production process because all the dolls are already stored in our warehouse. We will ship the dolls for you within 1-2 business days.</sup>

Doll is Ready

<sup>In addition, before shipping each order, we will send the factory photos and videos of the doll to our customers for confirmation via email (no PS or special processing) once it finished production. We will only arrange delivery after the customer has confirmed. This is to ensure that what you see is what you get.

Shipping

<sup>We usually ship dolls with Fedex or UPS. You will receive the tracking number within 2-4 days. If you need to delay delivery or pick up at the FedEx/UPS Center, please let us know before shipment so that we can arrange the delivery time or change the shipping address.

The shipping time depends on your location. It will take longer for your package to arrive in Canada, Australia, and the European Union, so please be patient and stay in touch with us.</sup>

Delivery & Checking

<sup>Please keep an eye on the tracking number and wait for it to be delivered to your home.If the outer box of the package is damaged, please take a video or photos of the shipping label and the outer box before unpacking. A video should also be taken when unpacking to prove that your doll was damaged in transit (in a rare case).

We will offer different options depending on the degree of damage: instruct you to repair, send a replacement, or refund.</sup>
